The Pakistan Society of Haematology (PSH), in collaboration with the International Society of Blood Transfusion (ISBT), is pleased to announce an educational webinar on “From Donor to Recipient: The Role of ISBT 128 in Traceability and Patient Safety.”

This session will highlight the importance of ISBT 128 in donor identification, blood component coding, product labelling, electronic data exchange, and end-to-end traceability. The webinar aims to strengthen understanding of how standardized identification systems support patient safety and quality systems in Pakistan.
